A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Global Supply Chain Sr. Project Manager at MKS Inc., you will partner with Global Supply Chain organization to provide global oversight, strategic direction, and operational excellence for all projects. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director, Global Procurement.

You Will Make an Impact By:
• Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems
• Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets
• Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel
• Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints
• May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function• Travel Requirements: Up to 20 % of Travel is required.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 10+ years of job-related work experience in project management, supply chain, or operations, including leadership of global projects or teams.
• Experience with project portfolio management, business case development, and resource allocation in a global environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools, ERP/MRP systems, and dashboard/reporting platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills in a matrix organization.
• Strategic and analytical skills for project tracking, risk management, and KPI analysis.

• Preferred Skills: (Optional)

• Experience setting up and managing PMO (Project Management Office) processes at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with GSC-specific project management templates, intake forms, and reporting standards.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional efforts.
• Advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., risk avoidance, cost savings, process mapping).
• Experience with digital transformation and business enterprise systems
