As a Manufacturing Software Engineer at MKS|ESI, you will partner with Engineering and Production to support production on software operation and develop automation to improve production operations. In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Support Production on software maintenance and troubleshooting
• Design and develop automation to improve production processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production operations and process improvements
• Involve in New Product Introduction (NPI) transfer on software applications
• Support validation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects for new equipment and automated processes.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 10% of Travel is required.

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 Years of job-related work experience
• Proficient in LabView programming and design.
• Proficient in PLC design and application
• Experience on working with SQL database
• Experience in developing dashboard with PowerBI and database management.
Preferred Skills:
• LabVIEW Development – advanced programming, hardware I/O, and modular software architecture.
• PLC Programming – ladder logic, structured text, and process control.
• ERP/MES Integration – SAP or similar systems for production order tracking, process data upload, and equipment interface.
• Data Systems – SQL database integration, real-time data visualization, and analytics.
• Automation Hardware – sensors, actuators, motion controllers, and vision systems.
• Software Tools – familiarity with Python, C#, or VB.NET for system integration and automation scripts.
• Documentation & Validation – software version control, design documentation, and qualification processes.
