We are looking for an exceptional Organizational Learning Partner/Manager who can support the ever-evolving training needs of employees in our global operations group. In this evolving role you will create, assign, and monitor training in Workday Learning (our learning management system) and work with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to curate training content from vendors and create MKS-specific training in-house. Key job responsibilities include:

  • Working with MKS subject matter experts to curate or create training content
  • Uploading digital course content into Workday Learning
  • Creating and assigning courses in Workday Learning
  • Scheduling course offerings and facilitating completions for instructor-led courses
  • Running completion reports in Workday Learning
  • Using Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, and Techsmith Camtasia to develop and publish original learning content when curation is not an option
  • Facilitating training depending on the subject matter expertise
  • Interfacing with multiple sites and regions

What you will bring to the team, along with your enthusiasm and flexibility, is:

  • Basic computer literacy and experience with (or willingness to learn) performance of administrative tasks in Workday learning management system
  • Proficiency with (or willingness to learn) courseware development using tools such as Articulate Studio and TechSmith Camtasia
  • A collaborative outlook and the ability to communicate effectively and concisely
