Ein Tag im Leben bei Atotech Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG

In Ihrer Rolle als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) mit der Fachrichtung Zerspanung/CNC‑Frästechnik übernehmen Sie die fachgerechte Bearbeitung von Frästeilen sowie die Pflege, Wartung und vorbeugende Instandhaltung unserer Maschinen. Sie tragen maßgeblich zur Qualität und Effizienz unserer Fertigungsprozesse bei.

Ihre Verantwortung

  • Herstellung von Frästeilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan, Erfassen von Bearbeitungs- und Rüstzeit, Download der Fertigungsprogramme, sowie Sichtung von Spannskizzen am I-PC
  • Einrichten und Spannen der Fertigungsteile
  • Erstellen oder anpassen von Programmen im Rahmen Werkstattprogrammierung (5 Achsen)
  • Werkzeugvoreinstellung mittels Voreinstellgerät UNO 20/40
  • Allgemeine Pflege des Werkzeugmagazins und Standardwerkzeugbelegung, Werkzeugkorrekturen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Steuerung und Bedienung der Fräsmaschine
  • Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle (gem. Anweisung Werker-Selbstprüfung)
  • Durchführung vorgegebener Prüfungen nach Arbeitsplan
  • Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungen nach Wartungsplan
  • Unterweisung und Einarbeitung von externem Personal

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf, idealerweise als Fräser (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit 5‑Achs‑Fräsmaschinen und Vakuum‑Highspeed‑Fräsen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Steuerung Heidenhain iTNC 530
  • Sicherer Umgang mit berufsspezifischen Arbeits‑, Prüf‑ und Messmitteln
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2‑Schichtsystem, abhängig von der Auslastung
