In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion in der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung elektronischer Baugruppen für hochpräzise Lasersysteme. Sie arbeiten am Design anspruchsvoller Elektronikbaugruppen, schnellen Regelkreisen und zuverlässigen Systemarchitekturen, die höchste Stabilität und Effizienz gewährleisten. Ihre Verantwortung

  • Entwurf und Weiterentwicklung elektronischer Baugruppen sowie Qualifikation von Komponenten und integrierten Schaltungen für Lasersysteme
  • Design hocheffizienter, kompakter Leistungselektronik, z. B. zur Ansteuerung von Laserdioden mit variablen Leistungsniveaus
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung schneller analoger und digitaler Regelkreise für präzise Strommodulation und minimale Restwelligkeit
  • Thermal & Reliability Engineering: Durchführung grundlegender thermischer Modellierungen und Nutzung von Derating-Analysen zur Sicherstellung der Bauteilzuverlässigkeit
  • Systemintegration: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von EMI/EMC‑Anforderungen sowie relevanter Sicherheitsstandards
  • Fehleranalyse: Mitarbeit in 8D‑Prozessen, Identifikation von Fehlerursachen und Rückführung der Erkenntnisse in den Entwicklungsprozess zur Steigerung der Produktzuverlässigkeit

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder vergleichbarer Ingenieurwissenschaften – oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hardware‑Designmethoden sowie im Umgang mit Schaltplan‑ und PCB‑Design‑Tools
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikentwicklung gesammelt
  • Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

Wünschenswerte Zusatzkenntnisse

  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung von HDL‑Designs für FPGAs
  • Interesse an Leistungselektronik, Regelungstechnik und Systemintegration

Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Kollektivvertrag „Metallgewerbe Angestellte“ und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.
