About this role

A day at MKS:

As a DevOps Associate software engineer in the Digital Factory Suite (DFS) team in our company MKS ATOTECH based in Minsk, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to support the development of innovative cloud-based solutions such as predictive maintenance applications, contributing to the growth and efficiency of industrial digitalization.

You will make an impact by

  • Supporting the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CI/CD pipelines to automate delivery and deployment.
  • Assisting in the management of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) hosting DFS applications.
  • Contributing to monitoring and logging systems to ensure the health and performance of our solutions.
  • Writing automation scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) to simplify operational tasks.
  • Collaborating with development and QA teams to support their workflows.
  • Creating and maintaining clear documentation of infrastructure and processes.
  • Actively participating in team discussions and embracing a culture of continuous learning.

     

Skills You Bring

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) is a plus.
  • Curiosity about cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Eagerness to learn about CI/CD, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and adaptability.
