About the role:

A Graduate Intern will work closely with scientists and engineers on projects focused on raw material qualification and optimizing electroplating processes for advanced materials and applications. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to cutting-edge research in surface finishing, materials science, and electrochemistry

You will make an impact by:

· Support laboratory & line scale electroplating experiments, including bath preparation, substrate cleaning, deposition trials, and post-treatment.

· Characterize plated samples using analytical tools (e.g., SEM, XRF, microscopy, adhesion and thickness testing).

· Maintain detailed experimental records, write technical summaries, and contribute to qualification reports.

· Assist in troubleshooting bath stability and deposition issues under the guidance of senior team members.

· Maintain a clean and safe lab environment, following all safety and chemical handling protocols.

· Interpret and analyze test reports, providing actionable insights to drive project success.

Skills You Bring:

· B. Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering

· Interpersonal qualities: Analytical thinking, Creative & Structured, Ability to work in a global team with good communication skills

· IT skills: Software knowledge e.g., MS Office

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

· Onsite, Location: Manesar

· Duration: As per Academic Curriculum (3-9 months)
