SCOPE
The Sr. Director of Engineering Services will lead and grow MHIA DCEM's design engineering practice across the United States, with responsibility for full P&L management, talent acquisition, and technical delivery excellence. This executive role combines hands-on engineering leadership with business development accountability, driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of MEP design quality for mission-critical data center facilities.

This position requires approximately 25–40% travel, including client site visits, project locations, and periodic travel to MHI offices.

Our Supply Chain and Logistics Centre sources materials and manages more than 30 supply chain partners from across North America. MHCIA conducts quality control and inspections of incoming components and materials, assembles work kits and warehouses the inventory that keeps our assembly facility running smoothly.
