Purpose of the role:

 

MHIRJ’s network of service centers, support offices and parts depots are positioned in important aviation hubs in the U.S. The A&P Technician Graduate will perform heavy maintenance (C-Checks) on various regional jet airframes according to strict safety guidelines set by the FAA or other applicable regulatory bodies while complying with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Here are the daily responsibilities of an A&P Technician Graduate:

 

  • Perform troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on various aircraft.
  • General mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems.
  • Consult maintenance blueprints, manuals, and other documents to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Complete tasks within allotted time frames in accordance with FAA (or equivalent) and company standards.
  • Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
  • Operate ground support equipment as required.

  • Position requires full-time presence at our Tucson, Arizona or Bridgeport, WV facility with on-site collaboration essential to role success
  • 12-hour shifts on 3/4/4/3 schedule, which include days, nights, and weekends.
