Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications that meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with software engineers, software architects, product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in Java/Java EE
• Ability to learn new technologies/frameworks 
• Passionate about software/technology, ideally with contribution to open source projects
• Teamwork
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of git, github

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of REST API’s.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDb, CouchDB
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of one or more front-end technologies such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, JSF, JavaScript, REACT and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap)
