Reports to: Director of Enterprise Platforms

Partners with: IT, Software Development, Sales, Engineering, Tech Services, Product & Project Management, Operations, Production

Located in: Tulsa, OK

Role Overview: An ERP Analyst supports and evolves our ERP, and related platforms as part of the Enterprise Platforms team. You'll improve cross-department efficiency by enhancing functionality, maintaining data and system integrity, and driving configuration and integration work. This role supports daily operations, key projects, and long-term scalability of tools used by nearly all departments.

What You'll Do:

ERP Administration & Configuration

  • Act as a Syspro subject matter expert: configure modules (Finance, Inventory, MRP, Sales Order, Purchasing, etc.), manage security/roles, maintain master data and perform system housekeeping.
  • Lead Syspro upgrades, patching and environment management in coordination with IT and vendors.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Triage, investigate and resolve production incidents and user issues; maintain ticket backlog and SLAs.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or process changes to prevent recurrence.

Integrations & Automations

  • Design, build and maintain integrations between Syspro and Salesforce, CPQ, CAD/engineering tools, and third-party systems using APIs, middleware or low-code tools.
  • Automate manual processes (where appropriate) to reduce effort and increase reliability.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Own data imports/exports, transformations and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate financials and inventory.
  • Build and maintain operational and executive reports and dashboards (SQL/Power BI/other reporting tools).

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales and Engineering to gather requirements, produce functional specifications, and propose pragmatic Syspro solutions.
  • Translate business needs into configuration, workflow, and integration designs; lead user acceptance testing and change management.

Project Work & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in ERP projects (new module rollouts, process reengineering, integrations) from discovery through deployment.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, runbooks and training materials; deliver end-user training and knowledge transfers.

Deployment & Change Management

  • Coordinate releases across environments; maintain deployment artifacts and version control (Azure DevOps / ADO, Gearset or equivalent).
  • Ensure testing, validation and rollback plans are in place for production changes.

What Qualifies You

  • 7-10 years' experience in an ERP analyst / administrator role (experience level will determine level).
  • Hands-on, professional experience with Syspro: configuration, module administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of ERP functional areas: general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, purchasing, sales order processing and MRP.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting integrations (APIs, middleware, or integration platforms). Experience integrating ERP with Salesforce/CPQ is highly desirable.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience building reports/analytics (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports or other reporting tools).
  • Experience with data migrations, ETL, and maintaining data integrity across systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/backlog tools and release pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to translate technical detail for non-technical users.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing work.
  • Syspro certification or formal Syspro training.
  • Manufacturing or distribution background (discrete or process manufacturing).
  • Experience with MRP processes, lot/serial control, and shop floor data collection.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier or similar).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with CPQ, CAD/CAM integrations, or Salesforce CPQ a plus.

What's in it for You:

  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Annual Bonus Program
  • $350 Annual Wellness Credit
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • 401k with match up to 5%
  • Life insurance
  • Disability insurance
  • 5 days of paid sick leave annually (prorated based on start date)
  • 15 days PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
