We’re looking for a skilled Bindery/Finishing Operator to join our fast-paced print production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating bindery and finishing equipment, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate finishing equipment such as:
o Polar Digital Cutter
o MBO Folder
o Duplo Collator/Stitcher/Trimmer
o Coil Binding, Drilling, Corner Rounding
o Packaging, Labeling, Shrink Wrapping, Shipping
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of finishing experience in a print shop environment
· Strong working knowledge of printing terminology and standards
· Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specs
· Excellent attention to detail and quality control
· Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
