  • Ensure findings are synthesized into strategic, client-ready reports suitable for law firms, general counsel, and arbitration panels.

Process & Methodology Innovation:

  • Identify and implement tools and techniques relevant to disputes, such as source vetting, chronologies of events, and evidentiary standards.
  • Drive improvements to workflow efficiency in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Uphold investigative integrity and accuracy while operating in high-stakes, adversarial contexts.

Client & Case Management:

  • Serve as a key client contact on complex disputes matters, understanding the cadence and sensitivities of litigation and arbitration.
  • Oversee investigative timelines, resource deployment, and team alignment with counsel strategy.
  • Advise clients on potential risks, fact gaps, and jurisdictional nuances in contentious matters.

Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Mentor case managers and junior staff in source development, document analysis, and writing for legal audiences.
  • Promote knowledge sharing related to litigation-driven investigative practices, cross-border risks, and court admissibility standards.
  • Build team capacity to meet the demands of rapidly evolving disputes assignments.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience: 6-9 years of experience leading complex investigations within legal, financial, or regulatory environments; prior experience with litigation support or disputes advisory is highly preferred.
  • Legal & Regulatory Literacy: Familiarity with evidentiary standards, legal workflows, and jurisdictional differences in cross-border disputes.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Strong experience mentoring case managers and junior investigators, with a focus on fostering professional growth and maintaining a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven track record of delivering high-quality, error-free work, adhering to firm guidelines, and conducting exhaustive reviews.

  • Strategic Thinking & Risk Assessment: Demonstrated ability to develop investigative strategies aligned with client objectives, assess risks, and deliver actionable insights at an executive level.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: A track record of identifying and implementing enhancements to investigative workflows, tools, and methodologies, driving greater efficiency and quality.
