Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing, managing, and archiving all graphic design, layout, and artwork for the hotel, including forms, brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, menu inserts, business cards, and digital photos, ensuring correct file naming and reference control.

In addition, the role includes creating visual and video content for the hotel’s social media platforms such as TikTok, vlogs, YouTube, and other digital channels, supporting brand image, marketing activities, and guest engagement.

High ethical standards are required to maintain brand consistency, professional integrity, and the quality of services delivered to guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communication Arts, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design; experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

• Strong creative skills with a proven track record in producing advertisements, corporate identity, and promotional materials.

• Ability to manage multiple projects within given timelines and budget constraints.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic 3D or motion graphic tools.

• Basic skills in photo and video shooting, editing, and content creation for social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).

• Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Computer literacy; proficiency in Mac OS is preferable.
