Job Description

The role will play a vital role in supporting the CRM Marketing team's activities and responsible on encompass various aspects of email marketing, contributing to the development, execution, and optimization of impactful campaigns including day-to-day tasks and administrative functions to support the CRM Marketing team.

This position is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, allowing you to develop practical skills in email marketing and gain insights into the broader digital marketing landscape.

Campaign Development:

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns align with marketing objectives.

Content Creation:

  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and targeted email content.
  • Work with the design team and content team to develop visually appealing email assets.

List Management:

  • Participate in the segmentation and maintenance of email lists.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

Testing and Optimization:

  • Engage in A/B testing to optimize email campaign elements.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Insert tracking aliases in emails as needed to monitor campaign performance.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on the performance of email campaigns.

Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, graphic designers, and data analysts.
  • Attend and actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Content Editing and Review:

  • Edit and review email content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure content aligns with the target audience and campaign goals.

List Segmentation and Targeting:

  • Collaborate with the team to segment email lists based on various criteria.
  • Contribute to the development of targeted email lists for specific campaigns.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure adherence to email marketing best practices and industry regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust strategies accordingly.

Day-to-Day and Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of email campaigns, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to email inquiries and address subscriber concerns promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining organized documentation related to email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for campaign-related activities.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar and scheduling.

Learning and Development:

  • Actively engage in learning opportunities to expand knowledge of email marketing trends and tools.
  • Seek feedback and implement improvements based on experience and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program or recent graduate in Marketing or related.
  • Strong written and verbal of English communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms or basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other relevant software.
  • Be self-motivated, a strong team player and able to work and adapt under pressure.
