
This role exists to turn onboarding and value realization into a repeatable, scalable "Minoa Playbook" — so customers realize business impact quickly, adopt deeply across teams, and expand without relying on founder heroics.
If you've built value programs and felt them become rinse-and-repeat, this is the opposite: you'll design the operating system from scratch and influence product direction through real customer signal.
You'll join a six-person team building the playbook as they go. This is a 0-to-1 motion — no inherited processes, no legacy systems. You'll own the entire post-sales journey and shape what "great" looks like for every customer.
Onboarding & implementation — Own the end-to-end onboarding journey: discovery, implementation, launch, and adoption ramp. Build "The Minoa Implementation Playbook" v1 with decks, templates, config guides, and enablement assets.
Value realization & exec rhythm — Lead value workshops and define a Value Realization Plan with each customer champion. Establish MBR/QBR cadences that tie Minoa usage to hard business outcomes.
Expansion discovery — Source expansion opportunities through value discovery, QBRs, and multi-threading across personas. Partner on expansion motions and packaging value services.
Voice of Customer — Deliver a bi-weekly VoC synthesis that shapes roadmap and messaging. Bridge "feature requests" to "outcome drivers" with prioritized specs rooted in customer friction.
First-line support — Be the shield for post-sales questions. Resolve config issues independently, automate cumbersome processes, and escalate precisely when truly needed.
Scale yourself — Build reusable assets, lightweight automation, and repeatable operating rhythms. Set up AI/agentic workflows that reduce manual work and increase leverage.

Expansion is repeatable: you've defined triggers, plays, and proof points. At least 3 major product improvements are directly traced to your value signal. You have a clear plan for scaling the function — people, automation, or both.
