About the role - Kōrero mō te tūranga   

 

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Trade and Economic Group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

 

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Coordinating office systems, resources, and equipment to support the Group’s work
  • Supporting managers with finance, audit, information, and security responsibilities
  • Organising meetings, workshops, functions, and training events
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assisting with budget forecasting and monitoring

The appointing range for this role is between $58,924 to midpoint of $65,471 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. Appointment within this range will depend on your level of experience.
