If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and excited to work in a playful, fast-paced environment, this could be your next adventure.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain the WooCommerce platform, including product uploads, pricing updates, inventory syncing, and plugin integrations</li><li>Assist with NetSuite workflows related to e-commerce, including order management, inventory updates, and reporting</li><li>Monitor website performance, troubleshoot errors, and collaborate with developers for technical solutions</li><li>Support marketing campaigns by helping launch promotions, banners, and seasonal initiatives online</li><li>Track sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment coordination, including customer communication when needed</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and optimize product pages for visibility and discoverability</li><li>Maintain compliance with tax, shipping, and privacy regulations</li><li>Provide daily or weekly updates on e-commerce activities to the team</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience managing WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms</li><li>Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms is a plus</li><li>Basic understanding of WordPress, plugins, and integrations (payment gateways, shipping modules)</li><li>Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or email marketing platforms</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset</li><li>Familiarity with Canadian retail compliance is a plus</li><li>Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis</li></ul><p><strong>Perks & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Salary: $600,000–$65,000 per year</li><li>Business casual dress code</li><li>Employee discount on all the fun stuff</li><li>Work surrounded by products and people you love</li></ul>
