Description du poste
Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous recrutons pour notre filiale française
un(e) Assistant(e) ADV - H/F
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable ADV et en collaboration avec les différents interlocuteurs internes, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- La saisie et le suivi des commandes
- Le support aux équipes commerciales
- Le traitement des demandes clients
- Le recouvrement des factures
- La mise à jour des tableaux de bord commerciaux
- La gestion de la base de données clients (CRM)
- La réalisation de tâches administratives diverses (aide à l’organisation d’événements, envois d’instruments, commandes de fournitures etc)
Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d’un bac+2 en BTS Assistant(e) de direction ou Assistant(e) Commercial(e), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre goût pour la polyvalence, votre dynamisme et proactivité.
- Disposant d’une aisance relationnelle et de bonnes capacités de communication, vous êtes fiable, organisé(e) et possédez une bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et un anglais opérationnel.
- Au-delà de votre parcours, votre personnalité fera la différence.
