• Supervisión de la red Troncal de transporte Microondas.
• Supervisión de la red Troncal de HFC.
• Supervisión de la red de Acceso (RAN).
• Supervisión del estado de la infraestructura física de los sitios donde tenemos presencia de equipos transmisión utilizados para prestar servicios de red (Predios, muros, portones, casetas, shelter, torre, etc).
• Brindar soporte a la red de Transmisiones de TIGO (FO, DWDM, TX MW).
• Registro de eventos de falla de la red.
• Elaboración de informes de disponibilidad, cumplimiento de mantenimientos, calidad de los mantenimientos, auditorías del proveedor.
• Seguimiento y control detallado de los eventos de red de la zona asignada.
• Realizar propuestas de mejoras ante reincidencias de eventos de la red o ante riesgos identificados durante las auditorías de campo.
• Informar y reportar proactivamente sobre posibles riesgos que tengamos ya sea en infraestructura de transporte.
• Informar y reportar proactivamente sobre posibles riesgos que tengamos ya sea en infraestructura de sitios arrendados, collocation o propiedad de TIGO.
• Garantizar que las asignaciones y objetivos planificados sean alcanzados en las fechas y tiempos programados.
• Garantizar la optimización y eficiencia en el uso de los recursos de la empresa.
• Seguimiento y participación en procesos de drive test.
