a) Lidera el proceso de negociación, renovación de contratos o búsqueda de opciones de arrendamiento para locales comerciales, almacenes, postes, estacionamientos, sitios de telecomunicaciones y cualquier necesidad de arrendamiento que la empresa requiera.

b) Brinda soporte a la renovación de contratos de arrendamiento, aumento de capacidad en sitios de telecomunicaciones y nueva cobertura según el área cliente lo requiera por medio de sus administradores de contratos

c) Seguimiento a la elaboración del contrato de arrendamiento y la orden de compra correspondiente.

d) Seguimiento a temas de negociación con distribuidoras y comercializadoras de energía

e) Encargada del proceso de alta de proveedores y el seguimiento de las etapas que ello conlleva

f) Apoyo en proyectos de optimización de costos y de otra naturaleza (capitalización vía IFRS, levantamiento de informacion, plan de ahorros, entre otros)
