Descripción del proyecto: Encargado de crear, optimizar y mantener dashboards de performance comercial, realizando análisis de desempeño para generar insights clave que apoyen la toma de decisiones estratégicas y el crecimiento del negocio.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Análisis a demanda de desempeño productos, canales y/o territorios.

• Apoyo a proyecto de automatización de dashboards Adquisición prepago.

• Soporte a  campañas segmentadas para incrementar permanencia de clientes y análisis para este fin.

• Reporte diario de desempeño de ventas, productos, permanencia de clientes e ingresos.

• Automatización de dashboards Prepago Adquisición.

• Análisis de comportamiento de clientes para mejorar ofertas personalizadas para incrementar permanencia de clientes.

Requisitos:

• 📊 Conocimiento y manejo intermedio/avanzado de Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• 💻 Conocimiento y manejo básico/intermedio de SQL.

• 📈 Conocimiento y manejo básico/intermedio de Power BI.

• 🧠 Habilidades analíticas.

• 🤝 Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos.
