Objetivo del puesto:
Brindar apoyo en la atención a colaboradores, administración de expedientes y tareas asignadas del área.
¿Qué harás? 👩💻👨💻
✅ Ordenar y archivar expedientes laborales.
✅ Elaborar constancias laborales.
✅ Gestionar y entregar colillas de INSS.
✅ Apoyar en cálculos de liquidaciones y reportes.
✅ Apoyar en gestión de reembolsos y pagos de beneficios (expatriados, pensiones, INSS).
✅ Colaborar en la logística de actividades de Tigo People.
✅ Gestionar entrega de uniformes.
✅ ¡Y mucho más para aprender y desarrollarte!
Perfil que buscamos: 🎯
🎓 Estudiante activo de los últimos años de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
💻 Dominio intermedio de Excel y paquete Office.
🕐 Disponibilidad de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
