Micro & Small Sales Agent SR

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Penetrar el mercado de Micro & Small, con empresas con un máximo de 20 empleados mediante la captura de nuevos clientes, posicionando los servicios y soluciones integrales desarrolladas por la unidad de negocios Tigo Business en tecnologías de Fibra Óptica, HFC y DTH.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES

  • Prospectar permanentemente el mercado de empresas M&S.
  • Cumplir la cuota de ventas mensual.
  • Gestionar la cuenta integralmente desde el primer contacto con el cliente hasta la formalización del mismo.
  • Elaborar y cumplir el plan de visitas semanal y el reporte de seguimiento.
  • Dar seguimiento a solicitud de clientes nuevos, existentes y visitas de soporte de clientes de Fibra Óptica, HFC y DTH.
  • Desarrollar desde cero negociaciones con centro comerciales, dar mantenimiento correspondiente a los centros comerciales y sus respectivos clientes finales.
  • Elaborar y enviar cotizaciones a clientes en las tecnologías HFC, DTH y Fibra Óptica.
  • Elaborar y dar seguimiento a su Funnel con cliente de Fibra Óptica, HFC y DTH.
  • Desarrollar su propia cartera de clientes y dar mantenimiento a los clientes a través de visitas, llamadas, resolución de problemas y atención a nuevos requerimientos.
  • Buscar constantemente nuevos ingresos a través de clientes nuevos o venta adicional a clientes actuales.
  • Colaborar con el departamento de cobros en la cobranza a clientes difíciles en base a las políticas y procedimientos.
  • Presentar reportes de ventas diarios y semanal; así como, el seguimiento de las cuentas y/o casos asignados.
  • Ejecutar plan de trabajo semanal tomando en cuenta empresas potenciales para la colocación de Fibra Óptica, HFC y DTH.

PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Estudiante de la carrera de Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Públicas, Mercadeo, Sistemas o Telecomunicaciones.

EXPERIENCIA

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas de servicios dentro del área de Telecomunicaciones o servicios corporativos.
  • Experiencia en ventas consultivas y proyectos.

CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO

  • Conocimiento de técnicas de prospección y planeación de cuentas.
  • Conocimiento de Office a nivel intermedio (Excel, Word y Power Point)
  • Conocimiento de redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones (deseable).
