Home Services Support

Dispatch Operator Analyst

Función principal:

  • Análisis, administración, preparación de la ruta de atención y confirmación a ordenes domiciliares de Tigo Residencial, en función de la agenda y la disponibilidad de capacidad técnica.
  • Planificación del personal técnico de acuerdo con la disponibilidad técnica, proximidad y el tipo de orden requerida por el cliente, así como de las horas disponibles para maximizar la atención.

Requisitos:

  • 1 - 2 años en servicio al cliente, deseable experiencia en servicio al cliente en soporte técnico 
  • Estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Admon. Empresas o carrera afín
  • Inglés básico - intermedio deseable
  • Persona enfocada a resultados, proactiva y orientada al servicio al cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Seguimiento diario de técnicos para que puedan cumplir con órdenes de trabajo asignadas
  • Cumplir con indicadores de cumplimiento de agenda, productividad
  • Aseguramiento de calidad de órdenes realizadas por el técnico
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la primera orden
  • Lograr tener técnicos productivos
  • Notificar a supervisión problemas operativos que impacten al cumplimiento de agenda

Conocimientos Específicos: 

Orientación al servicio al cliente

Conocimientos Técnicos: 

  • Deseable conocimiento de AS400
  • Manejo de Excel y paquetes de Office

Competencias y habilidades:

  • Capacidad de análisis, innovación y resolución de problemas
