🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Home Intern.

🌟 Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador

Descripción del proyecto: Responsable de análisis de datos y generación de dashboard para seguimiento de resultados, soporte para canales de venta y monitoreo de la correcta ejecución de los procesos comerciales en canales.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Creación e implementación de Dashboards por canal comercial.

• Estimación de forecast de ventas para canales y campañas.

• Apoyo en verificación de ARPU y transacciones para campañas de TLV.

• Extraer las bases de televentas mensual según los criterios predefinidos y dar seguimiento a los update de mora.

• Seguimiento a los cambios de plan de clientes que acepten ofertas en canales digitales.

• Monitoreo del resultado de canal Tiendas y la evolución de cada tienda en cuanto a upsell/downsell.

Requisitos:

• 🎓 Estudiante de 4º o 5º año de Ingeniería de Negocios, Economía y Negocios, Administración de Empresa, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

• 💻 Manejo de herramientas: Paquete Microsoft Office, SQL y Power BI.

• 🗣️ Comunicación asertiva y efectiva.

• 🧠 Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.
