🎯 Objetivo del puesto:
Atender con diligencia los casos litigiosos derivados de las relaciones comerciales de la empresa, coordinar y supervisar abogados externos, y brindar apoyo integral en consultas legales, elaboración de contratos y requerimientos internos, asegurando siempre la mayor posibilidad de éxito para la compañía.
✅ Requisitos:
✔ Licenciatura en Derecho, con título de Abogado y Notario Público (indispensable contar con credenciales).
✔ Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Asesor Legal en firmas o como Abogado Interno en empresas privadas (área de Litigios y práctica general del Derecho).
✔ Dominio intermedio del idioma inglés.
📌 Principales responsabilidades:
• ⚖️ Representar a la empresa en procesos judiciales, extrajudiciales y administrativos.
• 🤝 Coordinar y dar seguimiento a casos asignados a abogados externos.
• 📄 Elaboración y revisión de contratos, atención a auditorías y consultas legales internas.
• 🏢 Preparación de documentación legal para licitaciones y proyectos especiales.
• 💻 Manejo de herramientas como SAP y gestión presupuestaria del área legal.
