📌 Puesto: Ingeniero de Soporte de Redes de TI
📍 Ubicación: Managua, Nicaragua
¿Te apasiona la administración de redes y la tecnología? ¡Esta oportunidad es para ti!
🔍 Perfil requerido:
✅ Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Computación o carrera afín.
✅ Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de redes TI.
✅ Experiencia en entornos empresariales o Data Center (deseable).
🛠 Principales funciones:
1️⃣ Administración y operación de equipos de comunicaciones (Routers, Firewall, AP, Balanceadores).
2️⃣ Gestión de accesos corporativos (Switch, Router, Firewall).
3️⃣ Actualización de IOS en equipos de red.
4️⃣ Monitoreo proactivo del desempeño de la red IT.
5️⃣ Garantizar la operatividad de la PBX y soporte a Call Center.
6️⃣ Atención y resolución de incidencias de datos y voz.
7️⃣ Generación de KPI para medir calidad de la red.
8️⃣ Control de inventarios y seguimiento de tickets con fabricantes.
