Propósito del Rol
Diseñar y optimizar soluciones tecnológicas a la medida de nuestros clientes en los segmentos Corporativo, Gobierno y Mediana Empresa. El objetivo es construir propuestas técnico-comerciales de alto valor, enfocadas en la eficiencia de costos, alineadas con las necesidades del cliente y con una clara diferenciación frente a la competencia.
Este rol es clave para maximizar el valor tanto para el cliente como para Tigo Business, destacando los beneficios estratégicos de cada solución más allá de sus características técnicas.
Responsabilidades Principales
Diseñar soluciones de conectividad y ciberseguridad para clientes B2B, garantizando la viabilidad técnica, económica y operativa.
Construir propuestas técnico-comerciales integrales, con un enfoque consultivo y diferencial.
Integrar servicios y tecnologías SDN (SDWAN, SDLAN, WiFi Gestionado) y de Ciberseguridad (FWaaS On-Premise y en la Nube, EDR, Mail Protection, AntiDDoS, SOC, entre otros).
Trabajar con aliados estratégicos como Fortinet, Velocloud, Versa, Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Cloudflare, ARBOR, Darktrace, Tenable, entre otros.
Incorporar tecnologías y fabricantes no homologados cuando el requerimiento del cliente lo amerite, buscando siempre soluciones innovadoras y personalizadas.
Participar en la evolución de la arquitectura de productos estandarizados junto al área de Producto, promoviendo mejoras continuas.
Analizar la competencia y asegurar que las soluciones estén diseñadas bajo criterios de eficiencia, escalabilidad y diferenciación.
Perfil Requerido
Formación Académica:
Profesional en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
Deseable: Especialización o posgrado en Gestión de Tecnología, Innovación o áreas relacionadas.
Certificaciones (deseables):
Certificaciones técnicas en Networking, Ciberseguridad y SDN con fabricantes como Fortinet, Cisco, Versa, Velocloud, Aruba, entre otros.
Experiencia:
Entre 6 y 8 años en gestión de proyectos de telecomunicaciones o TIC.
Experiencia sólida en diseño técnico y elaboración de propuestas económico-comerciales en soluciones como Networking, SDWAN, SDLAN, SD Branch, WiFi Gestionado y/o Ciberseguridad.
Habilidades clave:
Pensamiento estratégico y orientación al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo multidisciplinario.
Habilidad para comunicar soluciones complejas de forma clara y convincente.
Adaptabilidad a nuevas tecnologías y soluciones.
Nivel de inglés:
Intermedio (capaz de leer documentación técnica y participar en reuniones con aliados internacionales).
