🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) E2E Process Intern.

🌟 Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador
 

Descripción del proyecto: El objetivo es brindar apoyo en la ejecución de tareas clave, incluyendo la documentación de procesos, el control operativo, el soporte en facturación y la participación en proyectos de mejora continua.

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Apoyar en la identificación, mapeo y documentación de procesos E2E relacionados con ventas, logística, facturación y backoffice.

• Preparar presentaciones, tableros operativos simples y reportes de seguimiento bajo la guía del Coordinador E2E.

• Dar seguimiento a validaciones, conciliaciones y alertas operativas que puedan impactar la experiencia del cliente o la ejecución comercial.

• Brindar soporte operativo ante requerimientos urgentes o variables, coordinando entre áreas internas y socios externos.

Requisitos:

• 🎓 Estudiante de 4.º o 5.º año de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

• 📊 Buen manejo de Excel y Google Sheets.

• ☁️ Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de colaboración (Drive, Gmail, Slides).

• 🔍 Habilidad para analizar información.

• 🤝 Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos

• 🚀 Actitud proactiva y orientada a resultados
