Dispatch Operator Analyst - B2C-Administrar y dar seguimiento a la ruta diaria de técnicos residenciales.
-Contactar a clientes agendados el día previo a la visita técnica para confirmación.
-Realizar llamadas de calidad posteriores a la visita técnica.
-Dar seguimiento diario a los técnicos para asegurar el cumplimiento de las órdenes de trabajo asignadas.
-Velar por el cumplimiento de indicadores de agenda y productividad.
-Asegurar la calidad de las órdenes ejecutadas por los técnicos.
-Supervisar el cumplimiento de la primera orden del día.
-Impulsar la productividad de los técnicos.
-Notificar oportunamente a supervisión cualquier problema operativo que impacte el cumplimiento de la agenda.
-Uso de Excel básico para control, seguimiento y reporte de información.

What you'll do
- The Dispatch Operator Analyst is responsible for managing and tracking the daily routes of residential technicians and ensuring customer appointments are confirmed. They will also monitor technician productivity and quality of executed orders.
