Desarrollador de Ventas Directa

Funciones Principales:

Apoyo en Reclutamiento y Selección:

  • Colaborar en la publicación de vacantes y recepción de perfiles para asesores comerciales.
  • Apoyar en la coordinación de entrevistas y pruebas para candidatos.

Apoyo en Inducción y Capacitación:

  • Asistir en la organización logística y seguimiento de los programas de inducción y capacitación para nuevos y actuales asesores.
  • Gestionar el registro y control de asistencia y evaluaciones de los participantes.

Soporte Administrativo y Reportes:

  • Mantener actualizados los registros de los colaboradores, capacitaciones y resultados de auditorías.
  • Elaborar reportes simples para el supervisor, facilitando la toma de decisiones.

Colaboración en Mejora Continua:

  • Participar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en procesos de reclutamiento, capacitación y auditoría.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
