Branch Officer/Vacacionista

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Brindar atención al cliente presencial ofreciendo soluciones efectivas a sus consultas y necesidades desde cualquiera de las tiendas de atención, asegurando la continuidad del servicio, la calidad en la experiencia del cliente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos y comerciales de la empresa.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES

  • Cubrir ausencias (vacaciones, incapacidades o permisos) de los Branch Officer para asegurar la continuidad del servicio al cliente en todas las tiendas donde sea asignado.
  •  Atender a los clientes de manera cordial y profesional sin importar la tienda donde se encuentre.
  • Asegurar la retención de clientes según las métricas requeridas.
  • Gestionar la venta de productos y servicios, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
  • Brindar información y asesoría sobre los productos y servicios de Tigo (internet, televisión, telefonía fija, planes móviles, etc.).
  • Resolver dudas, problemas técnicos básicos y consultas de facturación.
  • Procesar solicitudes de contratación, renovaciones, cambios de plan, retención de cliente y cancelaciones de servicios.
  • Realizar seguimiento a clientes para garantizar la satisfacción y fidelización.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos y políticas de la empresa en cuanto a atención al cliente y ventas.

PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Bachiller en Educación Media
  • Ingles a nivel intermedio (preferiblemente)

EXPERIENCIA

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en atención al cliente, ventas o puestos similares (preferiblemente en telecomunicaciones o retail).

CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO

  • Indispensable: Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point y Outlook)
  • Deseable: Manejo de conflictos

  • Tener disponibilidad para desplazarse a las tiendas de Tigo, según la necesidad del negocio (Indispensable).
