ANALISTA DE REPORTES FIELD SERVICE

Objetivo del puesto

Responsable de controlar e informar los procesos críticos de Field Service Home y en desarrollar estrategias de prevención y solución de problemas, proporcionando calidad de servicio a los clientes internos.

Experiencia laboral y educación

Experiencia: 2 años en responsabilidades similares.
Educación: Estudiante universitario de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o similar.
Inglés: Intermedio

Manejo de Herramientas Informáticas MS Office, Access

Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes

- Identificar los cuellos de botellas que afecten los controles internos en soportes, ventas y desconexiones; analizando las causas de los mismos y derivar al departamento correspondiente en la empresa para aplicar las medidas correctivas necesarias.
- Realizar seguimiento a las tareas derivadas, para que siga el curso correspondiente, buscando la solución efectiva.
- Emitir informes de gestión de cumplimiento diarios de soporte, instalación, desconexión de TV, cable modem y Wimax.
- Analizar el mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de procesos, por medio de los indicadores establecidos (Kpi), identificando opciones de mejora evidenciados a través del comportamiento de los indicadores.
- Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento y administración de kpi´s con integrantes de equipos de procesos.
- Analizar y tomar las medidas necesarias de acuerdo a los indicadores de gestión de procesos.
- Evaluar el cumplimiento anual del plan base de trabajo versus lo ejecutado.
- Evidenciar mediante reportes, presentaciones y reuniones con las Gerencias, Jefaturas y personal clave de las diferentes áreas, el estado actual de las operaciones de la empresa, conformando y liderando equipos de trabajo en pro de la implementación de mejores prácticas y de oportunidades de mejora.
- Asesorar al personal de Field Service Home en el desarrollo de documentación interna, tal como políticas, procedimientos e instructivos de trabajo.

- Realizar todas las acciones que sean necesarias para lograr las metas establecidas propias del sector, de acuerdo al marco legal y a las normas/políticas y procedimientos vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que las funciones establecidas en esta descripción de cargo no son limitativas sino enunciativas.
