Proveer asistencia técnica en televisión, telefonía e internet a clientes residenciales.
Atender solicitudes relacionadas con análisis de estados de cuenta y pagos registrados.
Ofrecer la gama de productos y servicios disponibles en la empresa.

📚 REQUISITOS:
🎓 Estudios Académicos
· Bachiller culminado.
🛠️ Conocimientos Técnicos

· Español (indispensable)
· Inglés (deseable)
🧳 Experiencia Profesional
· Mínimo 1 año en servicio al cliente
