🧩 RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Proveer asistencia técnica en televisión, telefonía e internet a clientes residenciales.

  • Atender solicitudes relacionadas con análisis de estados de cuenta y pagos registrados.

  • Ofrecer la gama de productos y servicios disponibles en la empresa.
