SHOWROOM ASSISTANT (M/F/D)
Our goal is for every visitor to our Berlin showroom to experience the Muuto brand world firsthand – with all its warmth, hospitality, and inspiration. As a Showroom Assistant, you will be jointly responsible for this. You will take care of the operational processes in the showroom and actively contribute to the brand's presence.
Your responsibilities
Maintaining the showroom according to visual merchandising guidelines
Conducting and accompanying customer appointments in the showroom
Planning, organizing, and managing showroom events
Managing the externally stored sample furniture inventory
Coordinating showroom updates in collaboration with the visual merchandising team in Copenhagen
Ensuring a well-organized inventory of samples, catalogs, material samples, etc.
Close collaboration with the sales team for the successful execution of customer events
Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations
Organizing and processing sample requests
Your profile
Passion for design and furniture – industry experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Open-minded, service-oriented, and friendly personality
Willingness to build and share in-depth product knowledge
Organizational talent, structured way of working, and a hands-on mentality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook); Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics) and pCon Planner is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Driver's license (Class B) desirable
