JD for Market Manager – Chennai, Kerala & Sri Lanka

  • Revenue Growth: Leading corporate sales within the region both directly and through the dealer channel and meet profitability targets.
  • Account Management: Identifying and targeting key new accounts, including global corporations, and maintaining long-term client relations to ensure repeat business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engaging with Architect & Design (A&D) firms, Managed space providers, and Project Management Consultants to secure product specifications and collaborate internally with operations team and Dealer partners to deliver the projects ‘on-time’ and ‘on-budget’.

Channel & Dealer Management

  • Network Expansion: Appointing, training, and growing the dealer network to ensure high standards of product knowledge and professionalism.
  • Retail Strategy: Building and ensuring a seamless retail experience for customers, both online and offline. 

Market Strategy & Execution

  • Regional Strategy: Establishing objectives and developing localized strategies for key markets – Chennai, Kerala & Sri Lanka.
  • Product Launches: Managing the introduction and marketing of new products to the regional market.
  • Consulting Services: Promoting workplace consulting services with strategic regional accounts. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Successful candidates often have 6–10 years of experience in sales or marketing within the furniture, design, or commercial real estate industries.
  • Skills: Strong project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a non-hierarchical, highly collaborative environment.
