Regional Maintenance Manager - Truck Fleet Management

Miller Truck Leasing is looking to add to its team of Regional Managers to support ongoing growth throughout New England. The Regional Maintenance Manager position can office from home and live anywhere within the territory though will require regular travel to the diesel maintenance shops in CT, MA, and NH. This position is a key leadership position for Miller Truck Leasing and will have the ability to positively impact our continued growth throughout New England.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in CT, MA, and NH
• P&L responsibility for each shop
• Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region
• Travel to shops regularly
• Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees
• Manage hiring and scheduling across locations
• Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location

Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance
• Strong organizational and customer-focused skills
• Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics
• Willingness to travel within district (Within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed
• Business degree or technical school certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired
