1st shift Sewer/Mender Production Associate

Miller’s Textile Services is currently hiring a Sewer/Mender Production Associate to join our 1^st shift team at our Wapakoneta, Ohio plant.   This team works Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm.

What will you do at work?

Inspect garments and repair as needed

Patch holes in garments with heat seal equipment

Make sewing repairs to garments such as hems, sleeves, or arm pit area

Replace missing/broken buttons on garments

Maintain sewing and heat sealing equipment

What are the minimum qualifications?

Ability to stand for length of shift

Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Ability to effectively comprehend and communicate in English

Ability to meet production goals

Prior experience operating commercial sewing machine preferred
