Candidates will also be primarily responsible for software deployment and managing the production environment. Our support engineering philosophy centers on intelligent automation and real-time observability.

Principal Responsibilities

  • In this role, the individual is expected to become a subject matter expert for trade workflows, position management, risk aggregation, and price calculation engines

  • Deep understanding of trade lifecycle: execution, booking, settlement, and post-trade processes
  • Background in derivatives pricing concepts (Greeks, volatility surfaces, risk sensitivities) - our systems ingest and process this data
  • Experience building monitoring solutions and alerting frameworks
  • Strong SQL, Linux, and Python for automation and data analysis
  • Highly valued: REST APIs, kdb+/q, Redis, Docker, Git, experience with AI-assisted tooling for accelerated troubleshooting
