We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions for our Core businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and Financial Services, with hands-on experience building solutions for Portfolio Managers, Operations, Legal, Human Resources, Finance and Risk. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and financial acumen to drive innovation and deliver impactful results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to execute against the Core AI roadmap across Legal, Technology, Operations, Finance, and other core functions. 

• Lead discovery for prioritized use cases by gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and documenting user needs, constraints, and success metrics. 

• Write clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to support end-to-end delivery. 

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and business teams, managing backlog readiness, sprint planning inputs, dependencies, and release execution. 

• Support production launches by helping define testing plans, rollout approaches, user communications, training materials, and feedback loops to drive adoption. 

• Facilitate AI training and education for business to increase awareness of available AI tools, uplift AI literacy, and accelerate adoption. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science or a related field 

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on financial technology or AI applications in capital markets. 

• Demonstrated track record delivering applied AI solutions to production with measurable business impact  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex investment challenges into actionable solutions. 

• Strong problem-solving and product judgment, with the ability to translate complex business workflows and control requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and execution plans 

Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
