Project Manager, IT

Responsibilities
Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
Develop project charters, plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring clear project scope and objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, and business units) to ensure project success.
Lead project meetings, stakeholder briefings, and executive reporting to provide status updates and manage expectations.
Implement and enforce project management best practices, leveraging Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Monitor and track project KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers for outsourced projects.
Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews to ensure smooth transitions.
Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new technologies and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise software implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), SAFe Agilist, or ITIL are preferred.
Strong familiarity with various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe, and hybrid approaches.
Proven experience in leading complex IT projects, which may include cloud migrations, enterprise system rollouts, or cybersecurity initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and multiple workstreams effectively.
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or JIRA.
Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks relevant to industry standards.
Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including executives, technology teams, and business partners.
Excellent problem-solving skills, along with strong leadership and negotiation capabilities, are essential for driving project success.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
