Job Overview:
A steward/ porter is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant. One of the most important roles in the kitchen.
AM and PM shifts available.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Dish machine operator
Stock kitchen with serviceware throughout the shift
Keep the kitchen neat and tidy
Trash removal
Keep walk in coolers neat and orderly utilizing the food storage hierarchy
Property maintenance; maintain a clean property from random debris in the parking lot to stocking and cleaning guest restrooms
Operate, meeting all health and safety standards
Being a team player, Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.
