About this role
Milestone Technologies Inc. is currently hiring for Reverse Logistics Technicians. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits located in Northern San Jose, CA. This position involves handling, testing, and cleaning various types of IT hardware returned to the warehouse.
The Reverse Logistics Technician is responsible for receiving returned inventory, sorting product, inspecting and testing product and asset disposal.
Job Details:
- Data entry for assets being handled by Reverse Logistics
- Assignment and checking in assets
- Labeling and packaging items to be shipped to remote locations
- Transferring inventory to various storage locations
- Clean, inspect and test IT equipment
- Electronic and cable sorting
- Asset dismantling
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills including Google Office Suite
- Must be detail oriented
- High sense of urgency and effective communication skills to work with all levels of employees and management
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Physical demands include standing, walking, restocking, carrying, bending, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling inventory pallets, carts, boxes
Ability to move and lift boxes and/or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
