<ul>
<li>Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von unserem Chatbot, um interne Firmenprozesse zu optimieren</li>
<li>Du unterstützt das Reporting des Bereichs KPI und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen daraus ab</li>
<li>Du kannst deine Fähigkeiten zur Datenanalyse nutzen, um Berichte zu erstellen und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="dein-profil">Dein Profil</h2>
<ul>
<li>Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in und verfügst über eine hohe IT-Affinität sowie eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise</li>
<li>Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz und hast Freude daran, tief in Daten und Prozesse einzutauchen, um systemische Probleme zu finden</li>
<li>Du hast eine Leidenschaft für UX und Kommunikation und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Conversational AI (Intents, Flows) oder im Bereich Content-Review/QA mit</li>
<li>Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Daten (Spreadsheets, CSV, idealerweise SQL) und lernst schnell, wie man neue Tools (z.B. n8n, Zendesk) bedient</li>
<li>Du arbeitest ergebnisorientiert, hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und bringst eine starke Problemlösung Mentalität mit</li>
<li>Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (native oder near-native) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift</li>

What you'll do
- You will support the design, implementation, and documentation of our chatbot to optimize internal company processes. Additionally, you will assist in KPI reporting and derive actionable recommendations from the data.
