Milacron is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Lead to join our team in Querétaro, Mexico. Please submit resumes in English.
Work You’ll Do:
- Utilization of Field Service Techs.
- Utilization of ISP´s (Control Retrofits & Gear Boxes Support).
- Comply of Service Sales Plan.
- Process Simplification.
- Timeline Control for R&R Projects.
- Sales Promotion of Field Service Portfolio (Maps, Hours Packages, Training).
- Customer´s satisfaction report.
- Quarterly conference with all the technical team.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge in computer (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Completely Bilingual (necessary) Verbal and Written communication in English and Spanish
