Milacron is looking for a Supply Chain Team Lead to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. In this position, you will be responsible for Bought Out Technology Parts like Servo, Controls, Hydraulic Pumps & Motors, Bushing, LM Guides etc. category parts with experience in engineering sector who will be responsible to handle 30-40 suppliers Individually along with 4 to 5 team members.

Work You’ll Do:

• Managing Team and align them for achieving decided organization Goals and give time to time training to improve their knowledge.
• Responsible for getting Material on time from all suppliers as per requirement.
• Managing and controlling inventory as per organizations Goal.
• Need to have good communication skill and negotiation skill as need to work with many overseas suppliers.
• Get RFQ for any new parts released from Design and compare pricing and negotiate properly before adding into system
• Work with supplier for Negotiation to get price reduction based on commodity trend and annual volumes.
• Develop new suppliers based on requirement along with Design and Quality.
• Work with supplier to resolve on going Quality issue and clearing open PDF Timely. Understand warranty clause of supplier and act accordingly to avoid any additional cost impact due to Quality issue of supplier.
• Should have Knowledge of ERP tool for purchase. Oracle is preferable.
• Attending daily and weekly meetings related to Quality, Planning, supplier review, Cost reductions, Supplier development, etc

Qualifications:

• Candidate should be B.E/M.E mechanical having experience of 12+ years in procurement
