Milacron is looking for an Extrusion Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. This position shall be responsible as a Service Engineer, catering Service support to Customers of the Extrusion machinery of Milacron.

Work You'll Do:

• Installation & Commissioning of Extrusion lines at Customer End
• Trouble shooting and provide solution for resolution of customer complaint
• Attend Service Issues over Email, WhatsApp, Phone etc. and keep record of the same.
• Customer training and health check-up visit (CCV-Customer care visit)
• Retention of existing customers by providing timely support
• Inter Departmental Co-ordination to resolve field Issues
• Coordinate for Pre-installation requirement with customer
• Handle extrusion customer required for spares activity like (spares part quotation, inform to customer for material dispatch, field return parts handling etc.)
• Selling of Spare parts to enhance Aftermarket business
• Payment Collection for the Supplied Spares
• Support to Runoff of Extrusion lines as and when required
• Maintain records as per ISO requirement
• Support Sales by giving feedback about customer’s requirement
• Collecting market information about new products and Competitor’s activity

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Plastics Engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience in Service of Capital equipment, experience in extrusion machines or Injection molding machines shall be added advantage.
