About this role
Milacron is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Integration Services Developer to join our technology team in Batavia, OH. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. This includes working with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions, and other related services to support enterprise-level data and application integration.
Work You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
- Develop workflows using Azure Logic Apps, manage messaging using Azure Service Bus, and create serverless processes with Azure Functions.
- Work with Azure API Management (APIM) to expose and secure APIs for internal and external consumption.
- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and integration logic using Azure SQL Database or SQL Server.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and maintain integration processes, ensuring performance, reliability, and error-handling capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring adherence to development best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
- Document solutions, processes, data flow, and integration architecture diagrams.
- Stay current with Azure advancements and integration best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in professional software development with at least 3 years specializing in Azure Integration Services
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus (Queues & Topics)
- Azure Functions
- API Management
- Event Grid / Event Hub
- Azure SQL Database and/or SQL Server
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and JSON/XML
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially using Azure DevOps
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, message-based architecture, and cloud security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
