Milacron is looking for an International Logistics Specialist to join our team in Batavia, OH. In this position, you will be responsible for executing and managing all aspects of exporting and importing goods or products. This includes understanding and adhering to complex import laws, determining tariffs, classifying goods correctly, and handling any necessary documentation. Oversee the import and export of goods into and out of the US, ensuring that goods are brought in and out of the US legally and efficiently. This may include ensuring that all necessary documents are in place and that goods are imported in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. An Import Specialist may also be responsible for coordinating with shipping companies and customs agents to ensure that goods arrive at their destination on time. Additionally, an Import Specialist may provide guidance and assistance to other departments within a company and may be responsible for researching rates and costs associated with imports.
